Attorney, Nicole Pelcic, is Affordable Mediation’s Director of East and West Valley Mediation. Nicole has more than 16 years’ experience advocating for families in California and Arizona. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, a nationally-ranked top-50 law school. She brings her compassion and experience to her mediation sessions and is passionate about working with couples and families. Nicole also has extensive experience in real estate matters. She has represented clients in matters involving earnest money, adverse possession, easements, partition, breach of contract, foreclosure, title, commercial leases, homeowners’ associations, construction defects, and general real estate issues. If it involves real property, Nicole has dealt with it!
Nicole has partnered her professional experience with volunteer work focused on supporting children and families. She volunteered as a teacher of English as a second language, served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system, is an active member of a political action committee dedicated to championing for children in public education, and coaches the mock trial program at her local high school.
As part of Affordable Mediation, Nicole focuses her unique skill set on facilitating positive outcomes for couples facing divorce or real estate challenges.
